Hi! We are Jenn and Ed Coleman aka Coleman Concierge. In a nutshell, we are a Huntsville-based Gen X couple sharing our stories of amazing adventures through activity-driven transformational and experiential travel.
We advocate for sustainable and ethical tourism and truly believe in the power of travel to transform both ourselves as well as the world around us. Our tagline is amazing adventures for ordinary people because we contend that you don’t have to be super-rich, super-fit, or super-anything to have an amazing adventure. Expanding your comfort zone and trying new things will pay huge dividends in both health and happiness.

From my first meeting with them, I could see how friendly and down to earth they were, and I knew they would be able to tell the story of Lake Martin in the way that we wanted it told. They really took the time to learn about our destination and they gave me a chance to get to know them as well. Not everyone takes that extra time at the beginning, and that was important to me in being able to make sure I matched them up with the types of activities, lodging, restaurants, etc. that would best resonate with their audience- and keep their story truly authentic. They were also very clear from the beginning in setting expectations of their ideas of what they would publish and when, which I appreciated.
However, I learned after their visit that they would actually exceed those expectations that they had previously set, when they surprised us with a series of 3 very well written and creative stories on our destination. They strategically planned the launch of the articles throughout our peak visitation season.
Another thing that really stood out to me about them is how easy they were to work with while they were in our destination. They were extremely friendly to all of our tourism partners who participated in their FAM, and that means a lot to me. One was even commenting the other day about “that time the Colemans came and that great story they included him in.” They were so wonderful to work with.
We all enjoyed having them in the Lake Martin area, and feel that the content they created was one contributing factor that helped lead to our record year of visitation! I look forward to having the chance to work with them again in the future.
